All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

We currently ship to: U.S., Canada, U.K., and Australia.

International Shipping Time: 7–15 business days

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
iskaa is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or global logistics disruptions.

As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your order’s journey anytime.
